I visited here on christams with my dental emergency! A nurse and doctor were very nice. The doctor was able to communicate with me very well in English so I was able to explain my concern( dentist I have visited in Florecen was not able to communicate with me at all, and my issue was not treated properly). They were all very friendly and resolved my problem very soon!! They even let me know the quote before they started treatment!

One of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I chipped a molar on a work trip and was having some pain. After calling multiple dentists in Milan, ADEC was able to fit me in for a same day appointment and the kind receptionist clearly explained everything. On arrival, I was taken back immediately and Dr. Sanesi was super quick to check my X-rays and explain the issue. I ended up needing a filling, which she did with the utmost professionalism and care. Dentists have always made me quite nervous, but Dr. Sanesi’s bedside manner was warm and instantly put my mind at ease. The whole process was quick, and the filling was meticulous. To my surprise, the total cost including exam + x-ray came to €207 which is cheaper than I would pay for a filling in the US with insurance. If you need any dental care in Milan, I cannot recommend ADEC highly enough. Thank you to the whole team for a quick, painless, and friendly visit.

I had a lot of pain and went to ADEC. The doctor did a few XRays and said I needed 2 root canals. He did the root canals and put me on antibiotics. I comeback and told him that it was still hurting, he did another XRay and said that it was normal and put me in more antibiotics. I called again because now my face was swollen and I continued to be in pain. We sent pictures and he said that he couldn’t do anything else for me, that IT was normal. We comeback again because I was still in pain, now for a few weeks. And he said that everything was normal, that my body was going to fight the infection. We left to South Africa and my pain was not going away, so I went to the dentist here, he did and XRay and said that I needed to see an oral surgeon. I immediately sent those XRays to my dentist in Atlanta, USA and he said that the infection was eating my jaw bone, to go to an oral surgeon immediately. We visited 2 oral surgeons, they both said that they don’t understand how this doctor missed it. We talked to the owner Dr. Luciano and he said that his experts said that the doctor did the perfect thing. Shame on them, not taking responsibility for such a horrendous mistake! Now I got a cyst there and I am getting an operation in the hospital, losing the 2 teeth and there is a possibility of permanent numbness on my lip. Thank you for your nasty response! I live in the USA, my dentists are fantastic as I am sure you have fantastic dentists in your company. The people there are great, including the doctor who treated me. I just happen to get a wrong and unnecessary treatment that resulted in a lot of physical pain, a cyst and losing the 2 teeth Your doctor worked on without solving the under-lying problem first. Because as you point out the real problem was there for awhile but your doctor decided to do the root canals anyway that was pointless! I will be adding pictures and will add the medical records of my operation that should of happened from the beginning. It took my dentist in the USA to direct me to the oral surgeon, your doctor never referred me anywhere else and you continue to say that it was right. You As a result of “Your doctor’s decision to do an unappropriate treatment, I lost 2 teeth, spend money at another dentists to make sure that it was the proper diagnosis, I also had to do the extractions at the hospital, which cause more expenses. Just a shame that you were unwilling to take any responsibility for the mistake that your doctor did. We all make mistakes, what you do when that happens shows the kind of business that you are.

I have been treated twice by Dr.Federico Guerri and nurse Emily. My condition was well explained by the dentist and cost details were well given by the nurse. Two sessions were very pleasant and smooth and the end result, my treated front teeth, looks impeccable! As I am myself medical provider I can sincerity congratulate your team for high quality work.

One star is really too much for this dental center. I went there for my tooth abscess. First of all, they couldn't speak English, although the reason for my choice was that they said they speak English on their website. They removed the nerve from my tooth without completely cleaning out the infection from the abscess. And they gave me a list where I had to go for another 4 sessions and they gave me an invoice of around 1800 euros!!!!! and luckily I only paid for the first session and decided to consult two other dentists. Interestingly, both dentists saw the X-rays of my teeth and said that there was no need for nerve extraction. The doctor who denervated my tooth at adec told me that during future sessions and during the treatment, your tooth may split into two parts and then we have to do an implant. While the opinion of two other dentists was completely opposite and they said that my tooth is healthy and if the dentist breaks it, it is due to lack of experience. Fortunately, I had my dental work done by another dentist in Milan and kept my natural teeth. And of course I paid much less. Please be careful of other people's ads and claims. Not everyone has medical ethics.

I booked an emergency appointment for my daughter, who had an infected tooth. We were only in Milan for a couple of days and time was of the essence. It all went extremely smoothly, the dentist identified the problem (two inflamed wisdom teeth) and we left with a prescription and the cd of an x-ray in case we wanted to have a second opinion. A month later, we decided to go back for my daughter to have both teeth removed. The price was reasonable compared to other dentists we had consulted and the booking process easy. The operation was quite complex, yet the whole process was quick and professionally handled. The staff were friendly and efficient, we were given detailed post-op advice and my daughter, who had never had a similar extraction, left feeling relieved and reassured.
